We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and detail-oriented candidate to join our soccer operations department to provide the highest standard of player care and technical staff support.
Position Overview:
Sarasota Paradise, a new member of USL League One, is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and dependable Team Administrator to support all facets of First Team operations. This position is critical to the smooth day-to-day functioning of the club’s Soccer Operations department and requires someone who can effectively manage logistics, communications, compliance, and player support at the highest professional level.
Key Responsibilities:
Team & League Operations:
- Serve as the primary liaison between the coaching staff, players, and front office on all team-related matters.

Ensure compliance with USL League One roster rules, player registration, CBA regulations, and all administrative league requirements.
- Draft, track, and file contracts (players, vendors, sponsors) with legal oversight.
- Assist in all game-day technical operations, ensuring strict adherence to Club and USL standards.
- Relay information between the front office and coaching staff/players, ensuring clarity and timeliness.
- Work with Human Resources on onboarding items including payroll, benefits, budgeting, and orientation.
- Act as Player Safety Officer in adherence to USL and USSF regulations.
- Submit all league-required documents via Praxis with adherence to submission deadlines.
Travel & Scheduling:

Coordinate the logistical arrangements for domestic and international team travel, including:
- Flights, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, and training sites.
- Lead point of contact in person for all team travel.
- Book flights and hotel accommodations for new players and trialists.
- Assist in servicing contracts for transportation, hotel, and meal arrangements.
- Transport (or arrange transport for) players to/from airports at the start and end of the season.
- Manage preseason scheduling in coordination with the technical staff and club leadership.
- Aid in organizing and operations of international friendly matches as directed by club leadership.
- Coordinate visiting team needs: training times, ticket distribution, and delivery of league-required items to the host hotel.
Daily Administrative Logistics:
- Manage the First Team’s master calendar to ensure visibility across Soccer Operations staff and club leadership.
- Assist in daily front office operations, logistics, and inventory.

Assist players with needs, including:
- Housing, visas, social security cards, bank accounts, cell phones, appearances, tickets, and transportation.
- Coordinate appointments and transportation for foreign players and families.
- Administer apartment logistics, including furnishing, move-in/move-out scheduling, and lease management.
- Order and ensure delivery of team meals and snacks.
Administration & Support:
- Assist in the First Team’s operational budget in collaboration with the Director of Operations.
- Assist with the onboarding of new players and staff members.
- Assist the equipment staff and collaborate to ensure readiness of all training and match gear.
- Assist in the coordination of player appearance schedules within CBA and League protocols. Assist in managing registrations, schedules, and parent communications for youth soccer camps.
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in professional sports administration or operations, ideally within a soccer environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and cloud-based tools.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, and travel as required.
- Familiarity with USL policies and procedures is a strong plus.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish or/and Portuguese) preferred but not required.
Compensation:
- Competitive salary based on experience. Salary range of $38,000 to $50,000
