Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for First-Line Manufacturing Managers (Level K) to support the 737-P8 Final Assembly team in Renton, Washington.

Successful candidate will have strong interpersonal and coaching skills that will further enable our business unit to embrace and elevate our values based culture, optimize tools and key performance indicators. Manufacturing Operations embraces a safety and first pass quality culture requiring leaders at every level to be committed to our team member’s success. FOD free product and clean as you go is vital to maintaining compliance, this also requires a steadfast commitment to our standards, our people and our customer. This position is about helping our teammates and peers elevate and accelerate our business while holding steadfast to our values.

Position Responsibilities:

Manages employees performing activities in multiple manufacturing discipline

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

1+ years of experience in Aerospace, construction, or manufacturing environmen

  • 1+ years of experience leading team

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Are you proficient using Microsoft office tool (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • 1+ years of experience within the Boeing Production syste

  • 1+ years of experience applying continuous improvement tools and technique

  • Experience utilizing performance Indicators within Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Manufacturin

Shift:

Candidate may be selected for 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift. Shift will be determined at the time of offer

Summary pay range: $115,900 – 134,200
