The Role
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting marketing initiatives for GPS Dental’s growing network of over 110 partner-operated practices. This is a high-visibility, customer-facing role, where you’ll work directly with practices to drive patient acquisition, retention, and brand recognition at the local level.
This role is ideal for a highly organized, service-minded professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to the unique needs of multiple offices. Prior experience in a Dental Support Organization (DSO) or a marketing agency supporting multiple clients is highly valued.
You’ll collaborate closely with our marketing leadership team and partner offices to execute impactful campaigns and provide responsive, hands-on support that strengthens relationships and delivers results.
This fully remote position requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with ease.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns to support office growth and brand initiatives across over 110 partner-operated dental practices.
- Serve as a primary marketing contact for assigned practices, providing responsive and customer-facing support for their marketing needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partner offices to ensure satisfaction and alignment with marketing initiatives.
- Manage project timelines and workflows using Microsoft Office Suite, Smartsheet, or similar project management tools.
- Collaborate with the marketing team and partner offices to create engaging digital and print assets tailored to local markets.
- Track campaign performance metrics and prepare reports to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in scaling marketing processes and strategies to support a growing portfolio of practices.
- Support special projects such as grand openings, community events, and internal initiatives.

- Experience in marketing for mid-level companies, agencies, or multi-client environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fully remote role.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the dental industry or a Dental Support Organization (DSO) environment.
- Background in scaling operations for growing organizations.
- Knowledge of multi-location marketing strategies.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a marketing role.
