The Marketing Liasion is responsible for census by initiating and maintaining relations with community organizations, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and other referral sources in order to generate admissions to the community. The Marketing Director works closely with all levels of the organization to ensure the community’s image and reputation are stellar and works in line with company values to make the community the desired option for all prospective residents and their families.

Responsibilities (not inclusive)
- Plans, hosts and attends scheduled marketing events.
- Works directly with referral sources to identify prospective residents.
- Coordinates the completion of the admission process ensuring that appropriate resources are obtained for a successful transfer and providing appropriate information to facilitate continuity of care.
- In collaboration with the Clinical Care Department, completes all required information necessary to ensure a successful move-in.
- Acts as a liaison between hospital, physicians, and other medical providers, and our community to resolve problems, provide information, and maintain positive relationships.
- Increases community awareness and support for Miracle Hill Nursing and Rehabilitation Center and maintains relationships with individuals and organizations.
- Develops solid professional relationships with key referral partners to understand their needs as they change over time and provides feedback to the Administrator on how well current services meet referral sources needs.
- Generates new inquiries that achieve lead generation goals through referral development activities with professionals, residents, prospects, families, and team members.
- Accountable for ensuring growth in revenue through census growth in the appropriate business segment that contributes to the earnings of the company.
- Other related duties as assigned.
