Our mission here at Visiting Ancillary Services(VAS) is to be the premier provider of ancillary services to the long-term care industry and to provide the highest quality low-cost services to our neighborhood clinics.
Visiting Ancillary Services was founded in April 2010, as a 501(c) 3 Non-Profit Charity, and we provide full-service programs to over 120+ facilities. We deliver the finest outreach programs to residents, and we believe each resident should leave us with a smile and a happy demeanor.

Major Duties & Responsibilities: Billing

Major Duties & Responsibilities: Billing
- Obtaining pre-authorizations as required.
- Ensures accurate billing, timely submission of electronic and/or paper claims.
- Monitors claim status, researches rejection and denials.
- Follow up on delinquent claims and past-due invoices.
- Experience with Denticon is a plus.
- Other duties as assigned.
Experience:
The ideal team member will have the following:
- Exceptional communication skills (Written and Verbal).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to prioritize, organize work, manage time, work unsupervised.
- Keen sense of urgency and attention to details.
- Punctual.
- This is NOT a remote position.
