- Provide medical administrative support, including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and handling insurance documentation.
- Deliver exceptional patient service by addressing inquiries, providing information about treatments, and ensuring a positive experience for all patients.
- Collaborate with staff in various departments including front desk
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of examination rooms and medical equipment to uphold safety standards.
Skills
- Proficiency in Primary Medicine protocols and procedures.
- Familiarity with medical systems for efficient record management and appointment scheduling.
- Strong patient service skills with a focus on empathy and communication.
- Ability to take vital signs accurately and respond to patient needs promptly.
