Busy allergy practice seeking certified MA. Candidate should be have excellent organizational skills.
Weekdays 830-530, no weekends.
Candidates must have passed MA certification test for permanent hire (AAMA, AMT, NHA, or NCCT) - new graduates or uncertified candidates should schedule certification test.

Duties include:
- administering allergy shots
- scheduling patients
- answering phone calls
- verifying insurance
- ability to use computer and EMR
- opening and closing the office.
Our main office is in Evanston and employees usually travel to Lakeview once or twice a week. Both of our Evanston and Chicago locations are convenient to public transportation.
