The Rane Center is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist for our clinic located in the Medical Towers of St. Dominic Hospital. We are looking for a reliable, friendly, and compassionate individual who is self-motivated and willing to learn.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients, answer phones, and direct calls
- Manage patient scheduling, payment, and appointments
- Manage patient records and data entry
- Maintain office cleanliness and equipment
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, vendors, co-workers, and friends
- Assist with scheduling of patients by entering information into electronic medical records system (EMR)
- Provide administrative support to medical staff including answering phones, faxing, copying, scanning, mailing packages, packing orders for patients/facility courier service providers, etc.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Experience:
- Previous clerical experience in medical office setting required.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. College Degree in related field preferred but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
