Job Summary
Our busy functional medicine clinic is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, providing accurate information and directing inquiries as necessary.
- Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are stocked and readily available.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members using our EHR.
- Perform clerical duties such as proofreading documents, filing, and data entry.
- Handle customer support inquiries with a focus on delivering excellent service.
- Ensure effective office management by coordinating office supplies and equipment maintenance.
- Uphold phone etiquette standards and compassion while communicating with clients over the phone.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Agent or similar role, preferably in a medical office setting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and other office management software.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail for proofreading documents accurately.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer support.
- Ability to maintain professionalism in all interactions with clients and team members.
