PMR Healthcare is seeking an experienced and driven Multi-Site Healthcare Practice Manager to oversee operations across multiple employer-based clinics. This is a dynamic leadership role that offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient care and employee wellness.
Location
This role is based out of our clinic near Evansville, Indiana and requires:
- Daily commuting to Mt. Vernon, Indiana.
- Regular in-state travel to Franklin, Indiana.
- Out-of-state travel (frequency and duration determined by PMR based on clinic needs)
Candidates must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Indiana region.
Key Responsibilities
As a Multi-Site Healthcare Practice Manager, you will report to the PMR Regional Operations Manager and lead the daily operations of multiple clinics.
Key responsibilities include:
- Staff Leadership & Scheduling: Manage clinical teams, schedule staff for optimal coverage, provide performance feedback, and oversee hiring/training.
- Regulatory Compliance & Safety: Ensure a safe and compliant work environment, adhering to HIPAA/HITECH and all applicable regulations.
- Inventory & Supplies: Maintain appropriate stock levels, manage orders and audits to ensure efficiency and minimize waste.
- Budget Oversight: Support clinic budgeting processes and contribute to cost-effective decision-making and performance.
- Clinic Promotion & Engagement: Enhance clinic reputation by supporting patient education initiatives and delivering outstanding service to clients.
- Continuous Learning: Stay current with technology, equipment, and EMR systems to support ongoing clinic improvement.

What We're Looking For
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business, or related field preferred
- Clinical background required (CMA, RN, LPN, MA, Paramedic)
- Experience in private/independent primary care practice preferred
- 5+ years of management experience in a clinical setting may substitute for a degree
Key Skills:
- Proven leadership and team management ability
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- EMR experience preferred; Athena EMR experience a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently
