**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a part time/casual/on call salon receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a salon environment.
This is a part time position ideal for candidates that currently have a flexible schedule and can work as needed. Primary shifts includes Saturday and Sunday with some week days to fill in.
**Responsibilities:**
- Greet clients warmly and assist them with check-ins and check-outs
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the salon's calendar
- Provide information on salon services and products to clients
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with stocking inventory and maintaining supplies
- Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in administrative work is a plus
-Previous experience with dogs/animals welcomed
-Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly
- Strong phone etiquette and excellent time management skills
- Basic understanding of math for processing transactions accurately
- Multilingual abilities are a bonus for effective communication with diverse clientele
- Ability to effectively communicate, and work well in a team environment
