We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team in providing exceptional guest services at our hotel. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and have a passion for hospitality. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and addressing guest needs efficiently. Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is preferred. Part time for sister location
Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes, including handling reservations and payments accurately.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance the guest experience.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, maintaining high standards of customer service throughout their stay.
- Operate multi-line phone systems to manage incoming calls and assist guests with requests or inquiries.
- Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate and up to date.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are prepared to the highest standards.
- Maintain organized records of guest interactions and transactions for future reference.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is highly desirable.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
- Familiarity with night audit procedures is an advantage.
- Excellent phone etiquette and proficiency in using multi-line phone systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
