We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Hotel Front Desk Clerk to join our team. Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently.
- Handle guest reservations and modifications using hotel management software.
- Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Conduct night audits as required, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions.
- Maintain front desk operations and ensure the area is clean and organized.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to fulfill guest requests.
- Utilize phone systems effectively to manage incoming calls and messages.
- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations gracefully.
- Familiarity with hotel operations, including front desk procedures and night audits.
- Proficiency in phone systems and hotel management software is advantageous.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to providing outstanding guest relations.
