We are looking for a reliable, organized, fast-paced, and enthusiastic Office Administrator. You will undertake most administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.
The business primarily serves school students and office gets busy only after school. Thus, this job requires afternoon and evening availibilty on the weekdays and morning availibilty on the weekends.
You will actively sign-up new students, follow-up interested families, provide exceptional customer service, and become an intricate component of our progressive team environment. You will help build relationships with local schools and administrations. You will provide a fulfilling and exciting learning environment.
Your attention to detail will help the office operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities
- It is a front office/desk position and a candidate will be required to perform multiple tasks.
- As a part of the front desk job, you need exceptional communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- You will regularly interact with families and students. You will support the students by acting as a liaison between tutors and families. Thus, you need to be personable and loving with the students.
- Explain different programs, courses, etc. will help parents decide the right fit for their child. Good listening and strong persuasion will be important skills to secure sales.
- We believe that education and learning can impact lives the most and we believe to deliver quality. You should be passionate to help kids just as we are.
- Internet, knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google apps and tools for education(G-Suite), and be able to troubleshoot office technology is an important requirement.
- You need to be a person who makes sure to deliver wonderful experiences to families!
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Skills
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Internet Browsing, and G-Suite, etc.
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred so that one can move to higher echelons.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
