Seeking a part-time office assistant/bookkeeper to assist in organization and oversight of general office duties involving real estate and small business work. Must be motivated, energetic, punctual, highly-organized, and be able to multi-task.
Looking for 2-3 days per week.
Responsibilities
▶Manage daily, weekly, and monthly expenditures and invoices.
▶Assist in communicating with vendors
▶Accurately file all bills and charges
▶Answering incoming phone calls
▶Support owner in scheduling and managing daily, weekly, and monthly activities
▶Send and respond to e-mails
Qualifications
▶Experience with administrative and clerical work
▶Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite & Outlook
▶Strong communication skills
▶Strong ability to multitask
▶Friendly and upbeat demeanor
▶Bi-lingual a plus
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 18 per week
