Summary
Performs a range of office support activities, such as answering phones and directing calls, greeting and directing visitors, assisting customers as necessary, answering questions and performing routine clerical, data entry, and taking customers payments.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Answers telephones, routes calls, provides help to customers, and provides general information; greets and directs visitors; answers routine inquiries; maintains log of inquiries as required.
2. Aiding with client reception as needed
3. Take customer payments and process receipts.
4. Performs a variety of routine assignments as appropriate to the position; enter customer orders, review customer account and be able to provide customer with answers to their inquiries.
5. Establishes, maintains, processes, and/or updates files, records, and/or other documents.
6. May perform specialized services of a routine clerical/administrative nature in strict accordance with established procedural guidelines, as appropriate to the position.
7. May run various routine errands, as required, for the unit/department.
8. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
· MUST be bilingual, Spanish and English
· Be able to multitask. Work well in fast paced environment.
· Ability to understand and follow specific instructions and procedures.
· Ability to prepare and print routine orders/invoicing, labels, and/or other basic written material.
· Word processing and/or data entry skills.
· Skill in the use of operating basic office equipment.
· Receptionist skills.
· Great communication skills.
Self-motivated and able to take initiative.
Willing to learn and positive attitude.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
