We are looking for someone having hands on experience with assigned tickets for building maintenance issues while also assisting with office space setup, including seat assignments.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional training/certification in admin or facilities management is a plus).
- Minimum of 1 year experience in administrative or office support (corporate setting preferred).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and tools such as ServiceNow, Nuvolo, SharePoint, and Teams.
- High attention to detail with accurate data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Familiarity with health/safety regulations and facility operations is desirable.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
