We’re looking for a people-oriented & tech-savvy Office Manager to ensure our workplace is organized, welcoming, and running smoothly. You will work closely with our facilities & people ops team, vendors, and internal stakeholders to manage day-to-day office operations, employee experience, and worksite coordination.
Responsibilities:
Office Coordination & Workplace Experience
- Ensure the office is clean, stocked, and organized
- Monitor supply levels, kitchen items, and office needs
- Coordinate replenishments with vendors and facilities
- Act as the point of contact for in-office needs, coordinating closely with our facilities team for maintenance, repairs, office moves, and space planning
- Support badge access, visitor management, and workspace assignments
Culture & Events
- Coordinate office events, team lunches, offsites, happy hours, and seasonal gatherings
- Partner with People Operations to promote a welcoming and connected company culture
- Organize recognition moments & team-building activities
People & Onboarding Support
- Welcome new hires: set up desks, provide tours, supply swag, and ensure a smooth first-day experience
- Maintain seating charts and assist with office space updates
- Assist with offboarding tasks in coordination with People Ops & IT
Budget Communication
- Track and manage office-related expenses, vendor orders, and invoices
- Send internal updates and logistics communications like info boards or newsletters
- Field office-related questions and route requests to appropriate teams
Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of experience in office coordination, workplace operations, or administrative roles for fast-growing teams
- Excellent organization and follow-through; can juggle multiple tasks and priorities
- Personable, resourceful, and confident collaborating with employees at all levels
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, and/or similar tools
- Solution-oriented mindset
- Able to work onsite full-time; this role requires regular in-office presence
