Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a solid background in office management. This role requires excellent communication and organizational abilities to ensure the smooth functioning of administrative tasks, support staff, and maintain a productive work environment.
Duties
- Manage daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes.
- Supervise and train administrative staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Oversee scheduling and calendar management for executives and team members.
- Handle vendor management, including negotiating contracts and maintaining relationships.
- Coordinate event planning for internal meetings, training sessions, and company events.
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping and payroll records using QuickBooks.
- Assist with budgeting processes, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
- Manage human resources functions such as employee onboarding, training & development, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Provide clerical support including filing, managing multi-line phone systems, and front desk duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role.
- Strong supervisory experience with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and other relevant software applications.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
- Experience in medical office management is a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with budgeting, bookkeeping, payroll processes, and vendor management practices is essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.57 - $30.97 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 60 per week
