We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee our office operations and ensure smooth administrative processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily office functions, supporting accounting tasks, and fostering a productive work environment. Duties
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow.
- Manage general ledger reconciliation and bank reconciliation tasks.
- Assist with payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records.
- Conduct account analysis to support financial reporting.
- Utilize QuickBooks Online & Desktop accounting software for various accounting functions.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, including general ledger reconciliation and payroll processes.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online & Desktop or similar accounting software is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to perform account analysis and maintain accurate financial records.
- Proficient in 10 key typing for efficient data entry tasks.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Experience in public accounting is a plus but not required.
