Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, billing and balancing accounts, ensuring efficient administrative processes, as well as providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in various software applications (dental and insurance based), and the ability to communicate effectively with both staff and patients. Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and clerical tasks.
- Utilize Dentrix for tracking financial management and bookkeeping tasks.
- Maintain organized records and files of accounts and insurance claims.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Proofread documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism in all communications.
- Assist in onboarding new employees by coordinating training schedules and materials.
- Develop and implement office policies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and identify needs to be addressed.
- Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and collaboration with team members.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity and proficiency with billing, balancing accounts and claims.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Strong clerical skills including data entry, proofreading, and attention to detail.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required.
- High level of computer literacy with proficiency in common office software.
- Professional phone etiquette with strong verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour
