Day to day activities:
Time sheet collection and entering data into Oracle
Employee expense reports (our guys are in the field days at a time and speak limited English, so the front staff assist in collecting receipts and reconciling)
Oracle experience a plus
Excel a plus
Microsoft Office a plus
Gatekeeping the employees for time and expenses
Friendly personality
Must be able to pivot and shift tasks as needed
Essential Functions
- Performs administrative and clerical tasks, including preparation of Purchase Orders.
- Assists with project communication and documentation regarding status of projects.
- Responsible for submitting Payroll and assisting employees with expense reports.
- Assists with onboarding of new employees and provides support for existing employees.
- Performs documentation of client profile information in our system and all associated client contacts for support matrix.
- Assists with overseeing and management of tasks related to project completion.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Experience:
- Oracle/order tracking: 3 years (Required)
- Purchase order: 3 years (Preferred)
