We are seeking an Operations Manager to join our team at Bar-B-Clean North Atlanta. This role is vital in overseeing daily operations, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving business growth. The Operations Manager will play a key role in ensuring our services meet the highest standards of quality.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Lead and supervise staff, providing guidance, training and support to enhance performance.
- Manage process of identifying needed repairs, ordering parts, and executing the repair.
- Implement process improvements to optimize service efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage project timelines and resources to meet operational goals.
- Foster strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and retention.
Requirements
- Proven experience in diagnosing equipment or appliances and making necessary repairs.
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to use technology to document job status
- Excellent project management skills with a focus on process improvement.
- Positive attitude and ability to seek out available resources to learn something new.
