YOUR MISSION:
You’ll serve as a Field General, working side-by-side with your team to cultivate customer relationships, drive revenue growth, and expand our presence across the Greater St. Louis area and into the Kansas City market. From day one, you’ll be instrumental in shaping team dynamics, developing market strategies, and delivering results.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Recruit, train, and lead a team of outside sales representatives
- Drive new business development and customer retention in B2B markets
- Guide reps in territory development, prospecting, and solution-based selling
- Lead by example in the field, modeling successful behaviors and tactics
- Monitor performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
- Foster a results-driven, accountable, and motivated sales culture
- Proven experience in outside B2B sales and team leadership
- Strong coaching, mentoring, and performance management skills
- Comfort with field-based leadership and hands-on sales development
- A strategic mindset with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude
