Overview
We are seeking skilled and reliable Subcontractor crews to complete residential paint projects in North Jersey. You will need to bring a crew of or 2 or more people along with your own van/truck and equipment (sprayer, ladders, etc). Van/truck can't have your own company advertised on it.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience, with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail. As a Subcontractor, you will be responsible for executing projects efficiently while adhering to both quality and safety standards. You will need to be on the jobsite at 8:30am. Subs are paid by the job at the end of each project.
Responsibilities
- Execute residential painting projects, ensuring high-quality finishes.
- Show up on time & complete projects on schedule.
- Operate power tools safely and effectively during various tasks.
- Perform quality and thorough prep work ensuring a great final product.
- Apply caulk where necessary to seal gaps and improve finishes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.
Skills
- Proficiency in paint spraying techniques.
- Experience with siding & trim repair, installation, and finishing processes.
