Job Title: Part-Time HR Generalist

We're looking for a detail-oriented and people-focused Part-Time HR Generalist to support our growing team. In this role, you'll play a key part in maintaining a positive and compliant workplace culture by managing core HR functions such as onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related questions from employees
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including background checks, documentation, and exit interviews
Maintain and update employee records and HR systems
Administer employee benefits and assist with annual open enrollment
Support recruitment efforts, including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers
Assist with employee relations issues and ensure consistent application of policies and procedures
Help ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws
Support performance review cycles and other employee development initiatives
Coordinate employee engagement programs and HR communications
Qualifications
3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist or similar role
Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities
Comfortable working independently and in a remote or hybrid environment
Experience with HR software (e.g., Gusto, BambooHR, ADP, or similar) is a plus
