Our oilfield services company is in search of a reliable Payroll Clerk to join our administrative team. Preference will be given to candidates who are extremely detail-oriented and a team player. If you have a head for numbers, and strong computer skills, we want to hear from you.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Payroll processing
- Payroll account reconciliation
- New employee setup and paperwork processing
- Report generation
- Use of the Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook)
Payroll Clerk Skills
- Detail Oriented
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to prioritize job duties
- Ability to create and edit Excel spreadsheets
- 2+ years’ experience in payroll
- Intermediate to advanced 10-key skills
- Must be able to Multi-Task
Excellent pay and benefit package available.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
