- Collaborate with other fitness professionals to create a cohesive team environment.
- Promote additional services and programs offered by the facility to encourage client engagement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service, with the ability to build rapport with clients effectively.
- Strong knowledge of fitness principles, exercise techniques, and nutrition.
- Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
- Previous experience in retail or grocery store environments is beneficial for understanding customer needs.
- Experience in sales or team management is preferred to promote services effectively.
- Ability to manage shifts efficiently while maintaining high standards of service delivery.
- Familiarity with retail math concepts may be advantageous for managing client transactions.
