We’re looking for a Salon Scheduler to lead the charge on booking, communication, and daily coordination across our growing team of groomers. You’ll work closely with clients, staff, and leadership to ensure a seamless grooming experience from first call to final pickup.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Answer and manage incoming calls and voicemails using HeyRosie and RingCentral
• Schedule and adjust grooming appointments in MoeGo, sometimes months in advance
• Maintain and update records, service notes, and team calendars via Google Sheets
• Match client needs with groomer availability for maximum efficiency
• Help streamline daily routes, reduce no-shows, and increase client retention
• Order supplies, support product development, and assist in growing our brand

You’re a Great Fit If You:

• Have experience with or quick adaptability to MoeGo, HeyRosie, RingCentral, and Google Sheets
• Are friendly, professional, and proactive on the phone and over text
• Love dogs and understand basic grooming needs or dog breed behavior
• Know how to de-escalate tricky situations and keep clients happy
• Can juggle multiple tasks without losing your cool or your notes
• Are available for occasional off-hours calls or urgent reschedules
• Are comfortable making small business purchases and managing light admin tasks

Pay: $2,400.00 per month
