Summary
As a Pharmacy Technician at CVS Health inside of Target, you will play a vital role in supporting our pharmacy operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. Located in the United States, this position is essential for facilitating medication management and enhancing patient experiences within our healthcare ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy environment to ensure safety and compliance.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns.
- Perform medication , including ordering and restocking supplies.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care outcomes.
- Document all relevant information accurately in accordance with regulatory standards.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a Pharmacy Technician preferred.
- Experience in a hospital or retail pharmacy setting is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations and medication management.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
