Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Planner to join our team in the North East, United States region. As a Planner, you will play a crucial role in coordinating various projects, events, and schedules to ensure smooth operations within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and schedules
- Coordinate with various departments to gather information and resources necessary for successful project execution
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track
- Organize and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas and distributing minutes
- Manage and update calendars for executives and team members
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for all planning activities
- Analyze data and generate reports to support decision-making processes
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in planning or a similar role (USACE experience highly preferred)
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello)
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience in coordinating events, projects, or schedules
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
Additional Information
Salary: Salary range is dependent on scope of work, location of project, as well as level of experience. This range could fall anywhere between: $80 - $110k
