Job Title: Project Management Office (PMO) Analyst

Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive PMO Analyst to support project planning, analysis, and reporting activities. The successful candidate will ensure alignment with organizational goals and effective resource management. This role involves collaboration across various departments, including IT, Accounting & Finance, and Procurement.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
Support SAP/Ariba implementation and upgrade projects, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
Coordinate and support testing phases, including planning, execution, and defect management.
Analyze project data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau.
Utilize project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Zephyr for documentation and tracking.
Facilitate communication among project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in project management support roles.
Proven experience with SAP/Ariba implementation projects.
Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Zephyr).
Experience in data analysis and reporting using Power BI or Tableau.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in testing support across various project phases.
Familiarity with procurement and finance processes.
Certification in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
