The Center for Integrative Healing (CIH) is an integrative mental health and wellness center devoted to supporting the healing of mind, body, and spirit. Our diverse and trauma-informed clinical team is dedicated to providing culturally responsive care and fostering interdisciplinary collaboration. We work with individuals across the lifespan, including those from historically marginalized communities, and offer services grounded in both evidence-based and integrative practices.
Position Overview:
We are currently accepting applications from graduate students in Clinical or Counseling Psychology (MA, PhD, or PsyD programs) seeking practicum/fieldwork placements. This is a rich opportunity to gain supervised clinical experience within a supportive and integrative setting while working with a diverse client population.
Responsibilities:
● Provide psychotherapy services to individuals (and potentially couples/families,
depending on training and program requirements).
● Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans.
● Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with ethical and legal
standards.
● Participate in weekly individual and group supervision.
● Participate in weekly didactic trainings.
● Attend clinical team meetings and case consultations.
● Collaborate with a multidisciplinary staff in a team-oriented environment.
● Engage in ongoing learning and reflective practice.
Ideal Candidates Will:
● Be enrolled in a graduate Clinical or Counseling Psychology program and approved for
practicum/field placement.
● Demonstrate a strong interest in holistic, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive care.
● Show professionalism, initiative, and a willingness to grow.
● Have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
● Align with our values of compassion, inclusivity, and integrative healing.
Preferred Experience (Not Required):
● Interest or training in mindfulness, somatic therapies, expressive arts, or other integrative
modalities
● Experience working with BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, or underserved populations
● Multilingual applicants are especially encouraged to apply
