Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Private Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the culinary field, particularly in fine dining and catering environments. This role requires a creative individual who can design and prepare exceptional meals tailored to the preferences and dietary needs of the family. The Private Chef will insure all safety measures are followed. This position is for around 40 hours/month on the weekends.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate, plan and prepare high-quality meals that meet family specifications, dietary requirements and preferences.
- Develop menus that reflect current culinary trends and family preferences.
- Perform food production, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment in compliance with health regulations.
- Perform shopping to obtain the freshest and best food sources for meals provided.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in the culinary field with a focus on fine dining.
- Strong background in food service management, including menu planning and kitchen management.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for handling food.
- Excellent cooking skills with a passion for creating innovative dishes.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Exceptional communication skills to interact effectively with family and staff.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 0.5 – 16 per week
