We are currently seeking a Product Account Representative to manage client accounts, facilitate product solutions, and serve as a key liaison between customers and our internal teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a client-focused mindset, and the ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned product accounts
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and service execution
Analyze account performance and generate regular reports for clients and management
Identify opportunities for upselling or expanding client solutions
Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
Maintain accurate account records and documentation
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
1–3 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer service
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Detail-oriented with a results-driven approach
