Summary
We are seeking a Line Lead to join our dynamic team at MAAX Spas Corp. In this role, you will oversee production operations on the assembly line, ensuring that our high standards of quality and efficiency are met. Your leadership will be vital in driving operational excellence and delivering exceptional products to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate activities on the assembly line to ensure efficient production processes.
- Train and mentor team members on best practices for assembly and safety procedures.
- Monitor product quality throughout the manufacturing process and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow and resolve any production issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and machinery effectively to meet production goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively.
- Familiarity with assembly line processes and warehouse operations is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills for effective team collaboration.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
