Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Lead to oversee and drive the successful execution of projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent time management skills, and a solid understanding of project management methodologies, including Waterfall and Lean Six Sigma. As a Project Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating project activities, managing team dynamics, and ensuring that project goals are met on time and within scope.
Responsibilities
- Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Utilize Trello and other content management systems to track project progress and manage tasks effectively.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
- Implement data collection methods to monitor project performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage resources efficiently while fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Conduct regular status meetings to present updates to stakeholders and address any potential issues.
- Apply product management principles to guide the development process from inception through completion.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Experience
- Proven experience in project management or related fields with a focus on team management.
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies is preferred.
- Strong understanding of both Waterfall and Agile project management frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability in effective time management and prioritization of tasks.
- Proficiency in using content management systems for tracking progress and documentation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present information clearly to various audiences.
