We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team in Houston, TX. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and partners, creating a welcoming and professional environment. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual.
Manage front desk operations, including handling mail and deliveries.
Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings.
Maintain reception area to ensure a clean and welcoming environment.
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
Handle inquiries and resolve minor issues promptly and courteously.
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a front-desk role is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
