Must have good communications skills and like working with people.
Bi- Lingual in English/Spanish preferred, but not required.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask to solve problems quickly.
Strong decision-making skills.
Recruiting experience preferred, but not required.
Recruiter Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards and social media.
- Recruiting of new Team Members.
- Recruiting/onboarding of sub-contractor labor to work with our team.
- Resume Screening.
- Schedule and perform interviews based on our company process.
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills and experience.
- Report numbers and results to executive team.
- Schedule and perform cultural interviews with executive team.
- Assist in onboarding and welcoming new team members.
- Manage recruiting budget.
- Hold recruiting lunches/events, communicate with staffing agencies and labor markets to maintain existing relationships.
