We are seeking a Regional Manager to oversee our operations at Jacaranda Smiles. This role is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of high-quality dental care across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will drive business growth, enhance patient satisfaction, and lead a dedicated team.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations across multiple dental practices to ensure efficiency and quality of care.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth in the region.
- Supervise and mentor practice managers to enhance team performance and patient experience.
- Oversee project management initiatives aimed at improving operational processes.
- Lead strategic planning efforts to align with company goals and objectives.
- Analyze profit-loss statements to make informed business decisions.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the healthcare or dental industry.
- Strong sales and business development skills with a track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent leadership abilities with experience in supervising teams.
