About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Support team as a Remote Administrative Live Support Agent. In this role, you will provide live support to customers, ensuring their inquiries are addressed promptly and efficiently. This is a full-time, hourly position and requires exceptional communication skills in English, along with the ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced remote work environment.


What You'll Do

  • Respond to customer inquiries in real-time through chat, email, or other designated communication channels.
  • Provide administrative support, such as updating customer information and maintaining accurate records.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve problems efficiently, keeping customers informed throughout the process.
  • Handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
  • Adhere to established company guidelines and workflows to ensure a consistent and excellent customer service experience.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer support processes and escalate feedback to the appropriate team.


Qualifications

  • Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience in customer support, administrative roles, or a similar position.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure in a fast-paced remote environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using customer support tools, CRM systems, and collaboration software.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines and performance metrics.
  • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace to ensure effective remote work capabilities.

The pay range for this role is:
29.44 - 31.34 USD per hour(Remote (Los Angeles, California, US))
