$3,000.00 Bonus for individuals who achieve Lead Installer position.
We are seeking an experienced Residential Elevator Mechanic/Installer to join our team. As a Lead Elevator Mechanic/Installer, you will be responsible for installing new Home Elevators and Lift Products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in elevator mechanics/installation and maintenance and possess excellent technical skills. If you are detail-oriented, have a passion for problem-solving, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
### Duties:
- Install and configure systems and equipment according to specifications
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on installed systems
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues that arise during installation or maintenance
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or questions
### Qualifications:
- Previous experience in elevator installation or maintenance is a must. 4+ years
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and components
- Proficient in reading blueprints and technical diagrams
- Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service-oriented mindset
