Position Summary:
The Sales Administrator is responsible for managing Requests for Quotes (RFQs), maintaining email communications, processing customer orders, overseeing inventory, and preparing shipping documentation. This role ensures smooth coordination among internal teams and accurate fulfillment of customer requests while maintaining organized records and proactive communication. This is a full-time, hourly non-exempt position.
Key Responsibilities:
RFQs (Requests for Quotes):
- Print and organize all RFQs from emails.
- Send finalized quotes to customers promptly after review.
Email Management:

Monitor and maintain email correspondence throughout the day.
- Print RFQs, orders, and other relevant documents.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns, including providing photos as needed.
Order Processing:
- Print customer orders from emails.
- Enter orders in order/inventory system
Inventory Management:
- Update inventory system after sale
Shipping Coordination:
- Prepare and organize shipping documentation for the shipping team.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficiency with research and inventory management processes.
- Attention to detail in documentation and record-keeping.
- Effective communication skills for customer interactions and internal coordination.
