Position Summary:
We’re looking for an energetic and friendly Sales Associate to join our team! You’ll be the first point of contact for new customers, responsible for guiding them through our services, conducting facility tours, and helping them find the perfect care plan for their dog.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet potential clients and build rapport with pet parents
- Conduct facility tours and explain our services (daycare, boarding, spa.)
- Close sales and follow up with leads
- Maintain accurate records using our client management software
- Assist with front desk operations, including answering phones and emails
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Participate in local marketing or promotional events as needed (partnerships)

- A genuine love for dogs and people
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proven sales experience preferred
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, pet-friendly environment
- Ability to multitask and remain organized
- Flexible availability including weekends
