Overview

Responsibilities
- Enter and update data in various databases and ERP systems with high accuracy.
- Perform data collection and maintain organized records for easy retrieval.
- Conduct order entry tasks, ensuring all information is correctly inputted.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to create pivot tables and manage data effectively.
- Assist with filing and clerical tasks as needed to support the administrative team.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure data integrity across systems.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to company policies.
Requirements
- Proficiency in data entry with a strong typing speed and accuracy.
- Familiarity with databases and ERP systems is highly desirable.
- Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Excel and pivot tables.
- Previous clerical or administrative experience preferred.
- Basic math skills for handling numerical data effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
