RV dealership is looking for full-time Sales Manager. Weekend work is required.
GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES: The Sales Manager will train, lead, and monitor the performance of the sales associates to promote 100% customer satisfaction and revenue growth in line with targeted business and financial objectives.
EDUCATION: High school diploma, some college preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
Five Years’ Experience: A minimum of one-year relevant experience in the sales field. A minimum of one-year experience in a Management and leadership position. Candidate must also have one year’s customer service experience. Experience in RV or automotive dealership environment is required.

Directs new vehicle sales activities of the dealership
- Offers and ensures that the store presents the highest level of customer service
- Plans, monitors, and achieves the dealership’s new vehicle sales targets
- Orders new vehicle inventory to maximize sales objectives
- Plans and implements new vehicle marketing activities
- Recruits, trains, coaches and manages the new vehicle sales staff
- Supports sales personnel in the building of strong, long-term client relationships
- Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned
- Develops and implements sales personnel schedules
- Reviews and ensures sales deal accuracy
- Work with other managers to ensure a smooth transaction from start to finih
ENVIRONMENTAL/WORKING CONDITIONS:
Sales Managers are exposed to the following conditions
- Occasional exposure to extreme temperatures and weather
- May be exposed to solvents and chemicals
- Other risks associated with working around RV’s
PHYSICAL/MENTAL DEMANDS: Varied activities including sitting, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, stooping. It requires eye-hand coordination, finger dexterity. The position is mainly outdoors in various temperatures.
