Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our sales department. This role is responsible for coaching and motivating the sales team, driving performance, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a proven track record of success in automotive sales management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales goals
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and profitability
- Train, mentor, and support sales staff to maximize performance
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
- Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular performance reports
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer guidelines
Qualifications
- 3+ years of automotive sales management experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Proficient with CRM systems and dealership software
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
