Expected salary range for this position is $120,000 – 150,000 depending upon experience.

Tutor Perini Corporation is seeking a Scheduler to join our Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation (HART) project in Honolulu, HI.

Tutor Perini is the general contractor for the HART City Center Guideway and Stations project. The scope of the approximately $1.66 billion contract includes the design and construction of six rail stations and approximately three miles of elevated rail guideway beginning just east of the Middle Street Transit Center Station and ending at the Civic Center Station, which will be located just east of the intersection of Halekauwila Street and South Street in downtown Honolulu. Project design is expected to begin immediately while construction is estimated to commence in the second half of 2025. Construction of this segment is expected to be substantially completed in 2030.

DESCRIPTION:
As a Scheduler at Tutor Perini Corp., reporting to the Scheduling Manager, you will have the opportunity to:
- Work closely with construction and engineering operations as you develop engineering and construction schedules. You will be responsible for building and updating schedules as various milestones and project deliverables are completed or added to the scope of work, while also providing updates to key project team members on the progress of project
- Produce, edit and update construction schedules utilizing Primavera P6
- Attend project meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Assist in the management of internal controls including implementing new process controls, measuring project performance, reporting on project status, and ensuring the integrity and validity of internally and externally disseminated information
- Collaborate effectively with various project teams, other project schedulers, field personnel, and clients to create accurate reports and achieve goals
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business administration or related field from an accredited institution
- Five plus years of scheduling experience on engineering or construction projects
- Five plus years of experience with Primavera P6
