Responsibilities
Field Oversight
- Support security staff and lead by example during daily operations
- Visit assigned sites to ensure professional standards are upheld
- Take command when incidents or emergencies require direct leadership
Operational Duties
- Help organize and adjust weekly guard schedules
- Act as a key connection between field personnel and management
- Maintain records, reports, and compliance documentation
- Provide feedback and mentorship to strengthen team performance
Candidate Profile
- Current California BSIS Guard Card
- 3+ years in security, with supervisory or lead guard experience preferred
- Confident communicator who can balance people management with operational demands
- Reliable, professional, and tech-comfortable (digital reporting tools)
- Driver’s license preferred
- Flexibility for occasional evening or weekend coverage
