Hydrate With Us is a fast growing B to B drinking water company in the USA. We provide a patented and exclusive bottleless purifier to commercial business and industry that our customers LOVE! This “high end” purifier is an alternative to obsolete 5-gallon bottle water coolers, cheap filter machines and antiquated water fountains. Companies are seeking clean, safe and touchless alternatives and we have the industry’s top solution to this problem.
The Selling Sales Manager will oversee and lead all sales activities, manage client relationships, and execute sales efforts in a defined territory. This role requires a combination of leadership, entrepreneurial drive, and hands-on sales execution within the water technology industry.
Our Selling Manager will set the pace by selling in their own protected territory alongside those that they manage, coach and mentor. You will have a personal quota for your territory as well as a team quota for the Middle TN marketplace.
4. Key Responsibilities
- Execute sales activities within a defined territory within the Middle TN Area
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives
- Implement and monitor sales plans to achieve dealership targets
- Personally achieve daily outreach metrics to potential clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Oversee contract negotiations
- Track sales metrics and prepare performance reports for the owner
- Collaborate with marketing, service, and installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction
5. Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Selling Sales Manager or similar leadership role (minimum 3 years preferred)
- Experience in B2B Outside Sales is a strong plus
- Strong work ethic with an entrepreneurial drive
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to implement sales strategies and use performance metrics
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $125,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
